This pre-existing home and barn was completely remodeled into a 7300 sq. foot masterpiece of rustic design. No corner was cut, no detail spared! 3200 sq. feet of living quarters that will make you NEVER want to leave!
Your first step through the front door, a heavy dose of Kansas tradition and nostalgia greets you. Aesthetically, the Lodge continues the Camp 400 theme, showcasing the beauty of its reclaimed barn wood and nature-aged wood throughout. The main floor indulges in plush leather seating in the main room, adjacent to an open style kitchen with a large island table where family and friends can gather. Continue on through the dining area towards the handmade hearty pine staircase that leads you upstairs to a traditional farmhouse style, complete with a 4 bedroom layout capable of sleeping 12-18 comfortably.

You see, Lodge 400 was built on memories. No other room on the property encapsulates those memories more than this unique trip-down-memory-lane collage. A 1930’s style saloon, the lounge is blended with authentic & vintage memorabilia from childhood memories to present interests.
Named after the previous owner and where the late Warren McGown’s original man cave presided, we brought back to life his once pride and joy. A place where comradery and good conversation seeps through it’s pores. This room truly is special.
